1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and vs99 ("vs99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all services offered by vs99, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot machines, crash games (including Aviator), fishing games (including Star Fishing), and all promotional and bonus offers.

vs99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation or interpretation of these Terms into another language, the English version shall take precedence and govern.

1.3 Severability

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.4 Single Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active vs99 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited. vs99 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and identity document cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings accrued across those accounts may be voided.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a vs99 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any other information reasonably requested by vs99 for identity verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your vs99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Please note that account closure does not automatically activate self-exclusion from future re-registration; if you wish to self-exclude, you must specifically request this via the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by vs99

vs99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after a request is made.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see Section 7.3).

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations, vs99 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any balance held in the account, and share account information with relevant authorities where legally required.

7.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity). vs99 will attempt to notify you via your registered mobile number or email address prior to applying dormant account charges. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant account balances. Once a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. No dormant account fees will apply to accounts that have a zero balance at the time dormancy commences.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

vs99 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.5% or higher across all services. However, vs99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures (including payment gateway outages), and other technical events may cause temporary unavailability. vs99 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities or missed promotions — arising from platform unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control.

8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vs99's total liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vs99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The games available on vs99 are developed and maintained by independent third-party providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. vs99 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or inaccurate outcomes arising from defects in third-party game software, provided that vs99 acts promptly to remedy such issues upon becoming aware of them. 8.4 Force Majeure

vs99 shall not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, civil unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions.
